Description:
X10 plugin for CM1x (i.e. CM11a) module for CM11 and CM17 (firecracker).
CM11 needs xAP X10 module to forward X10 commands to CM11 device.
CM17 needs to bon connected on Mediaportal machine.
Instructions:
Unrar in Mediaportal directory, files will go in good directories (skins tested: MCE and BlueTwo).
Run MP configuration and X10Plugin setup:
Add devices and their description.
If running CM11 device:
- Fill computer name (no domain) running xAP X10 service, GUI or console.
- Install on specified computer xAP framework X10 module service, GUI or console.
see this xAP Framework page (seems broken)
or download here:

Console application
- If problems with CM1x module or xAP, debug with xAP message viewer and other tools available here.
If running CM17 (FireCracker):
- specify COM Port.
- Note: functions All Lights ON/OFF are currently disabled for CM17.
Todo:
A lot... cleanup code, add checkboxes to send command to multiple units at once,
design room in graphical mode to help my wife finding the units, etc...
Enhance skin (pics, background, ...)
Test xAP service with CM17 firecracker device.
Warning:
This is my first Mediaportal plugin, i made it very quickly, so please forgive horrible code without comments, lack of functionnalities, and tons of bugs.
I also cannot be held responsible for any computer explosion or CM11 on fire :-)
